There is a new Gluten Free Bakery in Wathena. The chef (owner) is willing to give a class on gluten free baking, what it means and the advantages. You can check them out on facebook, it is Marie Antoinette's Gluten Free Bake Shop. I will be in contact with the owner and schedule the class for March.
Thanks Teresa McAnerney for the info and if anyone else has interesting class ideas they would like to share let me know. I am always looking for interesting classes to add to the upcoming classes list.
We will take a break after the Irish class and not have another class until April. We will be discussing in the next 2 classes what we may want for Spring classes.
We continue the policy, 8 people signed up for our classes or we will have to cancel the class. If we have to cancel a class you will be notified with an e-mail by noon the day of the class. Can't wait to see you at the food center and don't forget to RSVP!
